Our History
In 1971, Douglas W. Bajus founded Bajus Financial. Doug was an extremely successful golfer both on the Canadian and international stages. Doug brought those same skills of patience, focus, and determination that made him a winner on the golf course, to the financial and employee benefits industries. The goal was to help Canadians in achieving their dreams by providing quality, and unbiased advice. That vision grew over 40 years and today, BFP carries on that tradition.
In 1993, Mark Bajus and Paul Bajus merged their own successful financial practices into Bajus Financial. In 2012, Bajus Financial became BFP, Bajus Financial Partners, to reflect our growth and commitment to the next 50 years of our future. Today, the BFP name stands for quality, integrity, commitment and professionalism, as represented in the BFP Quality Stamp. By expanding our footprint to become a nationally recognized organization, BFP has committed to continuing on the principles that made us successful.
Today, BFP is headquartered in Vancouver, BC with clients throughout Canada.
